The Sponsor of the Giveaway is DeLeon Springs Adventures at DeLeon Springs State Park operated by Guest Services, inc., 3055 Prosperity Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22031. The nature of the Sponsor’s business includes food service, hospitality, recreation, lodging, and condominium management.
Promotion Description
The $25 Giveaway begins on March 21, 2025, at 12:01 am PST, and ends on March 21, 2026, at 12:01 am PST(the “Entry Period”). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 years old as of March 01, 2025, and a resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, entrants must complete the Official Entry Form on the website https://deleonspringsadventures.com/. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. Limit one entry per person.
Prizes
Monthly winners will each receive a $25 gift card to any DeLeon Springs Adventures service. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Not valid with any other coupon or discount.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing each month and will be notified by email within 5 business days of selection. Winners must respond within ten (10) business days to claim their prize.
Privacy
Information provided to enter the Giveaway will be used for purposes of conducting and judging the Giveaway and awarding prizes. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.guestservices.com/privacy-policy/.
Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release the Sponsor from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize.
Automated Entries Prohibited
No mechanically reproduced, forged, or automated entries will be accepted.
Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Virginia.
